If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods. After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve it. If you have not received your goods within 14 days of confirming dispatch please contact us. We will start an investigation with the forwarder and you can be rest assured that losses are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly.
If any customer experiences repeated problems with missing items Cool2U reserves the right to decline further orders from that customer. Every item supplied by Cool2U has to reach a high standard of quality and be fit for the purpose that it is intended before being offered to sale. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of an item purchased from Cool2U please contact us within a reasonable time. Our company policy regarding a ‘reasonable time’ is 14 days from the dispatch date.
